The Arrival

And it’s over…

The great journey east is over as quickly as it began.

Almost 2,000 miles covered in just a few days.

Physically speaking, we’re all present and accounted for. Mentally speaking, it may be a while.

That being said, it’s time to get back to business. If you’re waiting on me for something, stay tuned. The factory is back in action.

It felt nice to pull into town. A beautiful town on the water.

The old me would have felt a feeling of accomplishment from an arrival like this. Kind of like the times when you get that great new client.

The new me realizes that emotional ups and downs are simply a story I tell myself. And so I’ve stopped telling those stories.

Last week, I was there. Today, I’m here. As long as I’m focused on what I’m doing NOW, that’s really what matters most.

I take the same approach with clients, customers, orders and money. The focus is on the journey, not the destination.

Get your train moving in the direction of your dreams. Let clients hop on, let them hop off.

Your train keeps moving.

Don’t forget to enjoy the view.

Oh, and make sure you pack this:
