It’s a bit challenging to actually notice yourself growing. Usually you don’t notice because “growing” often looks more like pain, frustration, confusion, or feeling lost.
It’s much easier to notice other people growing. And it’s a lot more fun.
When I started working with Sarah Michaels from SUPERHERO HULA, she was in the process of focusing her message for the world. She was in the process of growing into the greatest expression of herself.
We are all on this journey. Some people choose to shy away from it. Others, like Sarah, meet it head on.
You could look at what Sarah does and say she teaches hula dancing. But if you look harder, you begin to see that she is here to share a much deeper, more profound and powerful message with the people she serves.

There’s a huge emphasis in our world on doing activities and on “taking action” in order to succeed.
But the real work is on the inside. No action you can take “out there” in the world will ever outrun the effects of what’s really going on within you.
So it makes sense to start there and actually do the real work.
