“Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right.”

-Henry Ford

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen that quote.

It sounds inspirational doesn’t it? It’s one of those “nuggets of wisdom from a dead person” 🙂 that kind of goes in one ear and out the other.

You hear it and you say, “Oh yes, that’s a good one…” and then you go on with your day.

Please don’t do that to yourself with this quote.

Looking back over the past few years of my business life, I’ve worked way too hard for way too little. It’s not because I was stupid, but because I failed to do two things:

  1. I didn’t BELIEVE I could do it. Instead, I worked on looking for the proof that I could do it. (This is bass ackwards.)
  2. I didn’t put my head down and execute consistently, for a long enough period of time.

If you’re missing item #2 in your business, there’s not a whole lot I can do there. You either make the decision to do the work or not.

If you’re missing item 1, however, that’s something I can help with.

An effective way to “jumpstart” your belief in you is to get clear on exactly how unique and valuable what you bring to the marketplace truly is.

That’s one of the core benefits of the Incomparable Expert Transformation process I created: it helps you get clear on communicating your real value to the world.

I have some feedback from clients who’ve been through this that you might want to see.
