Helping You Help Others

A year or two ago, I started thinking about new ways to help Incomparable Experts.

One of the things I thought about was how to help you leverage the successes you’ve already created for clients, customers or patients.

Very few people take the time to do this. Why? Frankly, it’s a hassle.

You know you’ve helped people, but you’re also pretty busy. So if you take the time to go collect those stories, in the form of testimonials, it takes time away from other work. And getting video from people just opens up the complexity to a whole new level.

And that’s not even accounting for the weird dynamic that’s sometimes created if you ask for a testimonial at the wrong time or if you don’t like asking people for things period.

So this valuable activity slowly sinks down on the todo list until it just disappears. My hunch is that you might have some personal experience with this. I know I do.

The smartest thing to do is just work it into your systems. Once you get a new client/customer/patient, the testimonial request just gets triggered to go out at some point in the future.

I created a simple tool to help Incomparable Experts collect video testimonials. With video, you’re basically getting 3 testimonials in one. You can transcribe it, you can pull out the audio or you can feature the whole video.

The tool I created is called the Testimonial Wizard. Basically, your clients, customers or patients can record video testimonials from their computer or mobile device and send them to you in one step.

These are HD video and they can be up to five minutes long. At the moment, I’m testing version TWO of the tool.

So today, I’m opening up the beta program to 10 people.

You can read about who it’s right for at this page.

Either way, if you’re going to go to all of the trouble of being an Incomparable Expert and transforming the lives of your customers, clients or patients, you may as well let the rest of the world know about it.
