When you get on the phone with someone and they tell you they feel like they are talking to a celebrity, you know you are on the right track.
Being a celebrity isn’t my schtick, of course. You can tell by my complete lack of interest in luxury cars, watches, exotic vacations or anything else the world tells you you’re supposed to want.
Seeing proof that you can build a relationship with someone on the other side of the world who was once a total stranger, however, is what gets me up in the morning.
The platform model of client attraction can deliver to your business something money will NEVER buy: trust.
At the end of the day, when the money has come and gone, trust, credibility and respect are the only LASTING assets we have.
