Dollar for dollar, there’s no tech device that has contributed more to my material life than the good old phone.

The smart thing to do when a prospective client inquires about your services is to pickup the phone and start asking questions.
If you hate the phone, things might be a little rocky at first. But don’t give up, because there’s a pot of gold on the other side of that discomfort.
