What It Takes To Succeed

The bad news is that no one knows what it takes to “succeed.”

The good news is that, because no one else knows, you can stop worrying about it too!

People know what it took for THEM to succeed, but everything they say about how YOU should succeed is a guess.

I tried for a long time to get the answer about how to succeed. I chased just about every viable lead I had to discover the answer.

All I got was a pot full o’ frustration.

Eventually, I realized it was smarter for me to stop worrying about succeeding and to invest my time solving problems for others.

I finally realized that trying so hard to “succeed” was a poor use of energy.

I hadn’t even taken the time to get clear on what I was chasing.

All I knew is that I wanted everything I didn’t have.

Is success having all of your material needs met and a family that hates you?

Or is it struggling materially with the heart of a saint and a community of people that love you to death?

Is success somehow managing to have everything? All of those things? All at once?

Who knows? You have to answer the question and no one except you cares about the answer.

Dream it. Live it.

THAT’S SUCCESS.

“What it takes” and “how to do it” are just a few of the treasures you’ll discover along the way.
