I kid you not that it was not until I was well into adulthood that I realized when someone asks you if you want Choice A or Choice B, that doesn’t mean there are only two options.
“Do you want to take the long way or the short way?”
How about NO?
I was brainwashed by pretend polarities. It’s an effective way to control people you know.
Do you want the red car or the blue car? Two polarities that do their best to influence your answer.
But this is all fake…these are just a bunch of pretending created by someone in hot pursuit of control.
- Will you be successful or will you be a failure?
- Will you be rich or poor?
- Will you be respected or invisible?
- Will you be educated or dumb?
- Will you be a winner or a nice guy?
- Will you be popular or an outcast?
- Will you build a real business or not?
All fake polarities. They do their best to cram a 3, 4 or 5 dimensional reality onto a two dimensional linear spectrum. They only exist if you accept they exist and behave accordingly.
When you accept the polarities that someone else created and presented you with, you give an enormous amount of power to what’s outside you.
Your power IS to create the reality you want. You’re the conductor. DO YOU GET IT?
There are literally no limits.
But we’ve been raised with blinders installed in our minds. The possibilities are already limited to a few choices, attached to each is a story to influence your decision.
Do I want to work for myself or do I want to get a job?
Fake polarities that limit your ability to see possibility.
Next time you’re faced with a “serious” choice in your life or business, ask yourself who put the choices before you and what would be even better than those?
Then create THAT.
