Ask yourself how many leads you’ve generated for your sales funnel this week.
Unless you’re in an extremely rare situation, it’s probably NOT as many leads as you’d like.
We all want more leads, and yet, for some reason, we don’t invest a majority of our time doing the work to GET those leads.
(By the way, I think it’s the hardest work to do.)
Some of us don’t make the time. Others don’t know what to do.
And then we get busy “working with clients” and that’s when the problems begin.
I should get a tattoo on the top of my hand that says, “Lead Gen or Else.”
It would remind me every time I’m sitting here typing that lead generation IS the name of the game.
If you are not generating leads, then you will be forced to take what you can get.
Taking what you can get is not a successful strategy. Not in business. And certainly not in life.
What is your process for generating leads? If you don’t have one, make that today’s priority. Figure it out.
No one has a crystal ball so no one can tell you exactly what’s going to work.
You just start somewhere and make adjustments from there.
