In about 30 seconds, I’m going to show you where to find the leader capable of taking you where you want to go.

Now you might think an opening sentence like that is the beginning of a lead up to a pitch for high ticket coaching services or something.

Well, not today.

Instead, I’m going to show you how to find your leader, for a huge discount. For free actually.

Run to the bathroom, look in the mirror, and there you’ll find your leader.

Underwhelmed by that answer? Were you looking for someone better? 🙂

If so, then you need to keep reading.

You are the leader you are waiting for. Don’t you think it’s time that leader showed up in a big way?

In our age of “success is meant for the other guy” thinking, it’s easy to forget that leadership is little more than a decision followed up by action.

Leaders don’t get that way because they do something great.

They do something great because they start acting like leaders.

Over the past few years, I’ve gone through a lot of changes. In particular, I’ve gone through a transformation in my thinking.

This is how I used to think:

“I have to work really hard so I can eventually be one of those successful people.”

This is closer to how I think now:

“I AM one of those successful people. I can teach, inspire and lead others. It’s best I start acting like it and get about the business of LEADING.”

I’m not broken. I don’t need to be fixed. I don’t even need to be “set straight” and given help to find my path to success.

You are not broken either. And you’re not missing “pieces” that you have to find to complete your puzzle.

That’s an illusion that keeps us from realizing our full potential.

All you have is a choice to make. Lead yourself, lead others, or spend your life following.

If all you do is spend your time looking for someone to follow, you’re going to spend your life staring at the back of someone’s head. And there are far better views than that to be had.

Your clients don’t want a follower. And your clients aren’t out there for you to please.

Your clients need a leader. They need someone to help them move closer to their goals.

You are that leader.

And the first person you have to convince of that is you.
