Today let’s do a little roleplaying!
Let’s say you’re one of those people who starts things but never seems to finish them. Ahh, the system tends to have fun with people like you.
Why?
Because according to them, you’re broken. And you need to be fixed. Isn’t that nice?
In school, “not finishing” is a problem. In fact, the system’s “Slave Generator-O-Matic” can’t deal with this type of behavior. So it works for “compliance.” It starts with fancy meaningless letters like A, B, C and F (BOO!) to see if you respond to those. If that’s unsuccessful, you get kicked out as a “bad egg.” Oops. Sorry.
What’s a poor person to do who is able to initiate and start things but not finish them?
Well, might I recommend figuring out how to structure your life and business so that starting things is what you do. Screw the follow through and let someone else do it.
You’re not broken folks. You’ve just been sold a load of crap about how you’re supposed to operate in the world.
The system needs you to operate other than you do naturally because that serves the priorities of the system. I’d list those priorities here but there’s no reason to depress everyone on a Friday with the weekend coming and everything. So go do a little research for yourself. Then stop playing by those rules they set out for you.
Fortunately, the system’s priorities for you happen to be 100% irrelevant to you.
So chin up… you’re made the way you’re supposed to be. OWN IT.
Then…sit down and think about how to transform that way you are into a strength (that’s what it is!) and use it to serve others.
