Take a moment and do a quick review of your life and your business.

Think back through the past few interactions you’ve had with your loved ones…

Think back to the last few clients you’ve worked with…

Now ask yourself, “What percentage of my actions were taken based on what I thought the other party would think of them?”

“How many of my actions were taken because I wanted to take them?”

This world teaches us that what others think of us matters. It teaches us this at every available opportunity. And the lesson is so ingrained in us that it affects what we wear, how we talk, what we eat, what we do for a living and more.

This leads to a whole host of bad things, but the worst one is this:

We go through life unable to be happy with ourselves. We go through life with the feeling that “something” is missing. (Because it is.)

And so we go out into the world and search for that something. But we never find it. Because we’re looking for it in a world full of others who are also looking for it.

What that thing is is “approval.” Approval of yourself.

Approval is not earned.

Approval is a gift you are free to give yourself. You can give it today, no matter what your current situation.

If you’re going through challenges in your business, this might sound like fluffy lip service. After all, how is “approving” of yourself going to get you the clients you want?

Here’s how:

When you approve of yourself, you emit a signal that you have found that “something” everyone else is searching for.

When you go out into the world, that signal is like a beacon to all of the other folks who haven’t yet found what they are seeking (approval of themselves).

And that is one of the strongest forces of attraction there is.

Turn it on today.

See you next time,
