RE: Sedona Weird

What are the chances you meet the same woman, two mornings in a row, with a dead battery, on the side of the road? Well that’s what happened to me this morning, and yesterday morning.

The same car, the same time, the same road, the same woman, the same jumper cables. Weird? Maybe.

But I’ve stopped believing in accidents or coincidences. I only believe in lessons. There are two kinds. The first kind are the lessons I “get.” The second kind are the lessons I “don’t get.” Those tend to show up again and again until I do get them.

Same thing happens with clients. They are really lessons in disguise. Some bring lessons about money. Others bring lessons about self-confidence or belief in self.

Still others bring lessons you can’t even figure out… until the time is right.

How cool is that? You actually get paid to learn the lessons.

But I didn’t always view things this way. No, for a long time, I felt like such a victim. It’s a funny little thing to live the life of a victim.

This client wanted to pay peanuts, this client was a crook, this client didn’t even tell me his real name! It’s easy to find the perpetrator responsible for your pain when you live as a victim.

Everyone is out to get you. Everyone is responsible for your misery. Everyone except YOU.

If you want to feel what REAL power feels like, give that up. Refuse to place responsibility for your own experience in life and business onto anyone else. It is yours and yours alone.

Despite what you imagine about how heavy that responsibility might be, my experience has shown the complete opposite.

For me, taking FULL responsibility for every part of my life creates an instant feeling of calm in my core. I believe you might refer to this as peace.

And this is where you will find your true power.
